Grizzly sent the email to the whole team this week about the cost, deadlines, supplies, and dates. Read and heed if you plan to attend. The more prep we do now, the easier and more fun we have at ION.
FROM GRIZZLY: Members of the Tenth Legion. D-Day is approaching and it is time to start planning. The dates are July 8 to July 10, 2016 so tell your better half this way you do not have an excuse. This year the coast will be $165.00 a person which will cover your pass to play for the weekend, all meals, and any items needed for the camp site. The $165.00 needs to be paid in full prior to us purchasing your pass confirming you will be on the American Team. Guys please keep in mind there are about 30 people in our group now and Skipper and I are not a bank. There is a lot of work which goes into this event prior to the start and all we are asking is that you pay in full. Thanks
If you like you can start making payments to Skipper. This year we have it set up to accept, Check, Pay Pal, and Credit Cards (credit cards do have a 3.5% surcharge) If you would like to start to make payments, please see the information below. Money will need to be paid in full by April.

IMPORTANT DATES:
April 27: Full Payment Due
April 28 We are going to sign up to secure to be members of the Allies.
May 11: Money Due for Shirt, Arm Bands and any other items (an email will follow with items to order).
May 25: Orders will be placed for Shirts, and any additional “Tenth Legion” items we would like to order.
July 5 (Tuesday): Praetor, Skipper, Roadslinger and Grizzly will travel to Skirmish to stake out the camp site.
July 7 (Thursday): Praetor, Skipper, A1bert, Roadslinger and Grizzly will travel to Skirmish and set up camp for the teams arrival July 8th.
July 8 (Friday): Tenth Legion members arrival at Skirmish for Castle Night (great time to pick up what gear items you still need at vendors).
July 9 (Saturday): Start of D-Day at 1130 hrs.
July 10 (Sunday): Camp break down please plan to be at camp until 1500 hrs.
